We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchases made on your credit card. If 30 days have passed since your transaction date, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Eligibility for Refunds
Dion & Sons, Inc. is not responsible for any transportation costs incurred to return the product back to our facility.
- To complete your request for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact the facility and customer service representative involved with your transaction.
- Describe or provide proof of issue when requesting credit.
- Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.
- If any item is returned, please specify if the container, drum, or container has been opened and advise if the product in the container is contaminated in any way.
- Identify how much of the product has been used or removed from the container.
- Dion & Sons, Inc. is not responsible for any transportation costs incurred to return the product to our facility.
